Draper, Utah—Academy Mortgage Corporation is excited to announce that Kristi Pickering has been appointed as President of the company. The appointment of Pickering is part of Academy Mortgage’s strategic plan for growth. This shift will provide the company’s current CEO James Mac Pherson with more capacity to focus on strategic growth opportunities while Pickering concentrates on the day-to-day operations of the organization.

Since joining Academy Mortgage in 2019, Pickering has served as the company’s Chief Operations Officer. Under her leadership, the company has developed a dynamic operations team, expanded its technology landscape, and implemented several operational process improvements to enhance the overall experience.

As President, Pickering will oversee the implementation of the company’s strategies to support its long-term vision.
